SUMMER STAGES THEATRE CAMPS
JULY 10 – 28, 2017
TOWN HALL 1873, PORT PERRY
Summer Stages is Theatre 3×60’s unique summer educational theatre program, held in July at Town Hall 1873 in Port Perry.
This year we are offering single week programs in performance, production skills and playwriting, and a two week pre-professional performance intensive program specifically for youth 15 to 18 interested in continuing their performance studies at the post secondary level and contemplating a career in theatre. Both the production skills and playwriting programs are also open to adults.
All programs focus on process and personal growth in a supportive collaborative environment and participants work with trained professional artists from Theatre 3×60’s educational team and summer company, to have fun while they learn theoretical and hands on theatre skills. All participants have the opportunity to present/display their achievements in a public forum at the end of each session. No previous training onstage or behind the scenes is required for any program, with the exception of the pre-professional performance intensive, which is by application only (deadline June 30th).
Registration is now open for all Summer Stages programs. Spaces are limited. Any registration paid for in full before June 15st, will receive an additional savings off the regular program fee.
