Sunday, April 9, 2:30 pm
Scugog Memorial Public Library
231 Water St. Port Perry

In recognition of the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge, and in tribute to the many Canadians who served in World War 1, artists and guests of Theatre 3×60 present a special afternoon of readings, songs and reflections taking place exactly 100 years, to the day, after the first soldiers went over the top in the Battle of Vimy Ridge.

Join actors Tyler Cox, Reid Eastwood, Wade Minacs, Graeme Powell, Michael Serres, Annette Stokes, Andy Williamson and Theatre 3×60 artistic director, Carey Nicholson as they present readings that encompass life at the front and at home, from the early days of enthusiastic recruits to the heartbreaking aftermath of battles conducted on a scale never seen before.

Vimy and the Great War 100 years later is being presented, one time only, at the Scugog Memorial Public Library on Sunday, April 9, 2017 at 2:30 pm. Doors open at 1:45. Admission is PWYC (pay what you can – suggested donation $15), with limited reserved general seating available in advance for $15. Full event details and advance tickets visit www.theatre3x60.ca.
